Credit Card companies and other financial institutions like banks will allow users to
download their statements in Quicken (.qif) file format. However, if you do not have Quicken,
and want to read the data in Microsoft Excel, a "qif" file will not work.
The file must be converted into Comma Separated Value (CSV) file format in order for Excel to be able to
open and read the file. However, I was unable to find a file on the internet to make the conversion, so I
made this one.
In order to convert files, it requires the increased privledges of an HTML-Application.
You must download the application, and run it from your desktop.
